Salary: M1–UPS3, dependent on experience
Croft Primary School is a welcoming village school at the heart of its community and part of One Community Trust. We want every child to feel valued, develop confidence and enjoy learning. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and skilled teacher who shares this commitment and will contribute positively to our school.
The successful candidate will initially teach in Year 1. Class allocations may change in future years according to the needs of the school.

We welcome applications from experienced teachers and ECTs who have high expectations for every child, build strong relationships and understand the importance of securing firm foundations in KS1.
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Is committed to helping every child achieve and feel included.
- Demonstrates effective teaching in KS1, including through teaching placements, and a commitment to securing good progress for children.
- Delivers engaging teaching with strong foundations in phonics, early reading, writing and mathematics.
- Creates a calm, positive classroom through clear routines and caring relationships.
- Adapts teaching to meet children’s different needs.
- Works collaboratively with colleagues and builds positive partnerships with families.
- Reflects on their practice and is keen to develop professionally.
