Our AIM is to organise fun events and activities, raising funds to enhance our children's experience at school
Our School has a well-deserved reputation for high academic achievement and social development which we are very proud of. The PTA play a vital role in school by organising family orientated events and activities throughout the year for our school community. The children love our events and as well as having fun we raise valuable funds for school that enhance the quality of our children’s learning environment.
The PTA is a Registered Charity, informally run by volunteer parents of the school. We usually meet once every half term. Everyone is welcome to attend our meetings and become actively involved.
We have recently introduced a ‘Class-based Approach’ into how we organise our annual Christmas & Summer Fair. This means that the parents of Year 1 are asked to organise the Summer Fair and the parents of Year 4 are asked to organise the Christmas Fair. The PTA remain active in both events, but the Class-based approach enables a wider variety of parents to become involved as well as keeping the two events fresh and exciting each year.
